Casual Sales Assistant- Paraparaumu (Number One Shoes + Hannahs)
We are a proudly iconic NZ retail business offering fashionable-footwear such as Number One Shoes, Hannahs and Hush Puppies. With an extensive network of stores in most main centres, joining us opens up so many new opportunities for the taking.
Our Superstore is a single store where our customers now shop all three of our brands under one roof, including Number One shoes, Hannahs and Hush Puppies. Our store based in Paraparaumu is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join their team. Flexibility is a must for our casual team members as a variety of hours will be offered based on what comes available.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

What You’ll Deliver in This Role:
- Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engaging customers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience.
- Store Presentation & Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are executed accurately.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handling procedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties as required.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
