Buyers Assistant - Number One Shoes + Hannahs

We're on the lookout for a Buyers Assistant to join our tight-knit, fast-paced Buying Team here at Ngahuia Group (yep, the crew behind Number One Shoes + Hannahs). This role is based in our Takapuna and is the perfect launching pad for someone who lives and breathes fashion and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

👠 So, what’s the role?

You'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar helping our Senior Buyer bring seasonal ranges to life. Think:

• Coordinating product samples (touching the new trends first!)
• Helping develop new styles with suppliers
• Creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Working across marketing, ecommerce, and store teams to make sure our collections land smoothly and look fab
  

📦 You'll be our go-to for everything from admin to supplier wrangling, and you’ll get a front-row seat to the full product lifecycle - from first sketch to shop floor.

🧰 You don’t need years of experience—some retail, fashion, or admin exposure is great, but attitude and drive are what count most.

🖥️ You'll need to be comfortable with Excel and picking up new systems—but we’ll show you the ropes.
