The Role:

 As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in executing and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels—Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and more. You'll be involved in every step, from planning to performance monitoring, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs like conversion targets and Return on Ad Spend. This is a hands-on role where you'll be managing daily tasks, conducting keyword research, and collaborating closely with the wider Marketing & Digital team to drive our brands forward.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage paid media campaigns with our media agency, optimising for key metrics and staying within budget.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Curate and create compelling content for various platforms, from Google Ads to email newsletters.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximise results.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends and industry best practices to ensure our campaigns remain fresh, relevant, and effective.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and email marketing. Affiliate marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage customer lifecycle email campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and email marketing tools (e.g., DotDigital).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
