Location: New Plymouth
Shifts available:
Role 1:
(13.5 hours per week)
- Monday (10:00 - 17:30)
- Sunday (10:00 - 17:00)
Role 2:
(19 hours per week)
- Monday (09:00 - 17:30)
- Friday (09:00 - 15:00)
- Sunday (09:00 - 15:00)

About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support stock management and operational tasks
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused store culture
No two days are the same — you’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and an important part of keeping the store running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
- You’ll bring energy, resilience and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
