About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to cover parental leave until June 2026. You’ll be responsible for leading our team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to step into a dynamic leadership role, keeping the store running smoothly and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure the store operates efficiently, from stock management to visual merchandising.
• Deliver a great customer experience every day, inspiring the team to do the same.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development as required.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail management experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or similar.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a positive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
