Store Manager - Sylvia Park
You've spent time already in a management role in a large format retail business and you've flourished. You've had success in setting KPIs and bringing in sales, and naturally, you know your way around a computer. You've got both people skills and a flair for strategy - the best of both worlds is offered for our Store Manager position! In this role, you'll be Store Manager at one of our Hannahs store at the busy Sylvia Park Shopping Centre.
This is a fulltime role, working a 40 hour weekly roster Tuesday to Saturday. You'll be covering the following hours:
- Tuesday (10:00am - 19:15)
- Wednesday (08:45am - 17:00pm)
- Thursday (08:45am - 16:15pm)
- Friday (08:45am - 17:00pm)
- Saturday (08:45am - 18:00pm)
You'll embrace your sense of responsibility as you:
- Use your experience in retail and leadership to foster a customer centric environment.
- Apply your natural style and experience with people to lead & develop a team passionate about shoes.
- Develop and maintain a business plan for your store, measuring its performance including using KPIs to motivate your team to achieve even greater results.
- Enjoy working in a hands-on environment that is physically demanding at times.
- Apply robust stock management processes to keep levels accurate.
Our ideal applicant will:
- A track record of receiving positive feedback from customers.
- Have previous retail management or team leader experience with a passion for leading & developing people.
- Be driven and motivated to achieve individual and team targets.
- Have an engaging style and the right retail attitude.
- Have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for merchandising.
