Rostered Hours: 

(40 hours per week)

• Tuesday (08:45 - 17:45)
• Wednesday (08:45 -17:45)
• Thursday (08:45 - 16:00)
• Friday (08:45 - 17:45)
• Saturday (08:45 - 17:45)

• Smooth Operations: Ensure store processes and stock management run efficiently, partnering with your Regional Manager to get rostering and budgets right.
  
• Adapt and Overcome: Retail is fast and unpredictable. Your resilience and flexibility help your team stay nimble, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• A mature, professional approach with strong emotional intelligence
  
• Proven experience running a retail store and leading a motivated sales team
  
• Genuine passion for retail and a love for Kiwi customers — your positive energy is contagious
  
• Excellent communication skills, handling feedback and customer concerns with ease
  
• Physical stamina to manage a busy store environment, including standing and moderate lifting
  
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts and adapt to a fast-paced retail world
