What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering next-level service by building genuine customer connections, assisting with purchases, and making every shopping experience a standout one.
  
• Coaching and leading the team, helping them grow and creating a positive, high-performing environment.
  
• Managing daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, and ensuring the store looks great and runs efficiently.
  
• Supporting your team to meet store KPIs and sales targets while celebrating achievements together.
  
• Staying agile and pitching in wherever needed in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
