• Sunday (08:30 - 17:45)

We’re currently Torpedo7, one of New Zealand’s most trusted outdoor and lifestyle retail brands — and we’re entering an exciting new chapter. In March, this store will transition to The Outlet, a fresh, value-driven retail brand offering brands you trust at prices you can’t resist.

As part of the wider Tahua Group (home to much-loved retail and hospitality brands), this is a unique opportunity to be part of a store through change, growth, and transformation — and to help shape what comes next.

We’re now looking for a 3IC (Third in Charge) to join the leadership team at our Remarkables Park store and play a key role during this transition and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering standout customer service and building genuine connections
• Coaching and supporting the team to perform at their best
• Assisting with daily store operations, visual merchandising and stock control
• Supporting the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Staying flexible and pitching in wherever needed in a fast-paced retail environment
